Huge Mattel WWE Update: Series 1 Press Pics and Series 2 Sneak Peek

It’s been a long dry spell since Mattel surprised the wrestling collecting community in February, when it announced it would be taking over the WWE license from long-time holder JAKKS Pacific.  There was hardly a trickle of news until they teased us last month with a press release and a couple of pictures.

Now, with January 1 right around the corner, Mattel has opened the floodgates.  These pics were released through their new Facebook page for Mattel / WWE.  Didn’t know they had a Facebook page?  It was news to me too.

  1. I still say the size difference is great and I cannot believe that Jakks would be so cheap as to not make The Big Show larger than the other figures. Meh, oh well. Off to the new company. I will probably buy more than two of these as opposed to the previous company’s show of figures.
