Do you need help deciding to get the Real Steel Atom, available for pre-order now on Bambalandstore.com? Look no further than this review of the latest fighting robot from 3A Toys by Rad Toy Review. RTR’s Knives got his hands on a production sample of Atom, who is scheduled to be shipped by 3A some time in the 3rd quarter this year.

Even though this is a great jumping on point, since I didn’t pick up Ambush or Midas, ultimately I decided not to pick up Atom either. At $320 ($272 for 3AA members), he’s a bit pricey for a collectible, awesome as he may be, for a movie which I thought was only good for the robot fighting and not much else. I’d probably get all the Real Steel robots in 1/12 scale, if 3A ever makes them.
