Mattel Green Lantern Classics Pre-Orders

Those rascals at the Fwoosh have discovered pre-order pages for a new Green Lantern Classics line from Mattel, due out in the fall of this year. Some early words from online retailers:

  • an assortment of 8 figures
  • comics-based, not movie-based
  • compatible with DC Universe Classics
  • and include the Collect and Connect concept

Please note that this is early going, and is all subject to change. Still, damn, I’m excited!

Hasbro Fan’s Choice Poll for Transformers Hall of Fame

The Transformers Fan’s Choice Poll that Hasbro is running is *not* to select a character for an upcoming Transformer figure – they want you to vote on which of five nominated Transformers should join Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, Megatron, and Starscream in the Transformers Hall of Fame’s inaugural class.

Your choices are Soundwave, Grimlock, Jazz, Shockwave, and Dinobot.

Marvel Legends Iron Man Retrospective, Part 4

This is the fourth and final part of Akatsuki’s Marvel Legends Iron Man Retrospective, the finale to our Iron Mania week. Part 4 covers the Iron Man figures produced by Hasbro after they took over the Marvel Legends line. It includes the Ultimate Iron Man from HML Series 1 through the Stealth Iron Man from the ML 2-Packs.
