DC Collectibles Batman: Arkham Origins Figures Hitting Soon

It’s pretty cool that within a couple of weeks of the Batman: Arkham Origins video game release that the first wave of DC Collectibles figures are hitting. The DCC section of the DC Entertainment site has the ship date as 11/6 if you pre-order from them. They’re listed individually for $24.99 each.

If you want to save a couple bucks, Entertainment Earth has the Batman: Arkham Origins figures for $22.99. So does BBTS.

With Batman Arkham in stores now it’s the perfect time to shine the spotlight on all four of the Batman Arkham Origins Series 1 Action Figures. You need all four, right?

Sideshow Making the Main Man – Teases Lobo Premium Format Figure

There’s more DC on the way from Sideshow – the Main Man is getting the Premium Format treatment. I’m just glad it’s the classic Lobo, and not the New 52 emo Lobo.

Ready for a Long Halloween? Sideshow Collectibles 1/6 Scale Batman Available to Pre-Order

Sideshow Collectibles has just put up the classic comic book version Batman that they teased when they announced the 1/6 scale comic book Catwoman last month. So far I’ve managed to resist her and the really awesome looking 1/6 scale Joker, but as more of these comic book figures get revealed my resolve weakens. Bats comes with long-eared and short-eared heads, interchangeable expressions, and a bunch of hands and weapons. The Sideshow exclusive version of Batman, for the same $199.99 price, also comes with a battle-damaged head.

And there’s also a tease of an upcoming figure in Sideshow’s pics – you may see a streak of a red cape in one of the shots. Guess it’s a good thing that Bats also comes with a Kryptonite ring. Could Superman be announced as early as next month?

ThreeA Toys Real Steel Noisy Boy Pre-Order Opens 10/31

I have not been buying 3A’s Real Steel fighting robots. I hadn’t seen the movie when the first figures were offered for pre-order, and while my wallet is thanking me, I’m feeling like I missed out a little. The latest offering, which will go up for pre-order right after the Halloween Hot-Foot, is my favorite design among all the bots – Noisy Boy. At $380, my wallet is thanking me again, but for those of you who get him, make a video of all those LED lights – all 500 of them!

Noisy Boy goes up for pre-order at 9PM EST on October 31.

Heads up, Bat-fans! IGN has an exclusive first look at DC Collectibles’ latest piece to come out of its Batman: Arkham Origins action figure collection — Batman: Arkham Origins: Killer Croc Series 2 Deluxe Action Figure.

As the last figure to be announced for Series 2, Croc was sculpted by Gentle Giant Studios and stands a whopping 10 inches tall.
