Every time I see these pictures of the upcoming Hot Toys Odin figure from the Thor movie, I flip flop. My first impression was that the likeness could use a little more work to get it to match up with Anthony Hopkins, but now I’m in the camp that it’s pretty good. What do you think?

The fabled 6” Titanium Man is finally making its way to store shelves and it’s been a long time coming. We first got a peak at the figure at SDCC in 2009, and then we were teased a bit more as test shots and prototypes found their way to ebay, and it makes me happy to say that the long wait to add this guy to our displays is finally over, as he’s currently popping up at various retail stores across the country. Naturally, he’s a tough one to find since he’s the only truly “new” figure in the wave and is the one everyone is after as a result, but once in hand, I have to say he was worth the wait.

I’m up late, and if you’re wondering why, it’s because I couldn’t wait to share the news of finding the Iron Man Legends Titanium Man available on ToysRUs.com. Earlier this week, Buzzy had left one on the shelves at his local TRU because of the price – and I’ve gotta admit I was a little bitter. I only had one chance this week to stop by my local TRU, only to find a remnant – a single War Machine, previously a Wal-Mart exclusive.
So, tonight, before heading to bed, I decided to check the old standby. And here it is:
