San Diego Comic-Con 2010 – Mattel Masters of the Universe Classics – Updates

MOTUC - Eternian Guards (1200x675).jpg

After Mattel’s Mattypalooza panel (video coming soon), they put out a bunch of the new figures that they revealed, including the Eternian Guard army builder 2-pack.

And somehow, Mattel and the Four Horsemen managed to make the biggest sissy in She-Ra Princess of Power one tough looking badass. Yes, I’m talking about Bow. If they can do that with him, then I’d bet they can turn any of those girl dolls into figures I will be happy to add to my ever-expanding MOTUC collection.

  1. So I’m pondering whether I’ll get a sub next year, and looking at the upcoming figs: Jan-Bow, Shadow Beast, Feb-Vikor, March-King Hiss, I sure wish they had provided at least a list of names to help convince me more! That’s only three out of many figs next year. Still pondering…

  2. I don’t think I have a choice. even the guys that I think I won’t want, like Bow, turn out awesome. in fact, the ones that I think I won’t want turn out to be the most awesome figures. so all-in sub, here I come!

I haven’t ordered yet because I am having a tough time figuring out if I want to get the Club Ecto sub for Ghostbusters…
