AFP Free Stuff Giveaway – Hasbro Iron Man 3 Prize Pack

Iron Man 3 opens this Friday, May 3rd, and we’ve got an incredible prize pack up for grabs in a special AFP Free Stuff giveaway, courtesy of our friends at Hasbro. They’ve sent us some of their Iron Man 3 products, and as much as I’d love to open these babies up and ~~play with them~~ review them, I thought that some of our readers might want to go see the movie and then give these toys their kids (or to themselves, seeing as how we’re all just big kids, right?)

I’ll post more pics and details on what’s in the prize pack later in the week, but to summarize, one lucky winner will be getting the Hasbro Marvel Iron Man 3 products in the picture above. I’ve timed the entry period to close out this Friday at Noon PST, so you may even get notification that you’ve won before you’ve seen the movie. Good luck!

Win the Hot Toys Tony Stark and Mark XLII Diecast from Sideshow Collectibles

With Iron Man 3 opening in the States next weekend, Sideshow is caught up in the frenzy, and I’m not complaining. They already have one Hot Toys giveaway up on their website, for the Iron Man Mark II – Armor Unleashed Version, and they’ve just added another Hot Toys giveaway, this time for two figures, to the Sideshow Facebook page.

Up for grabs in this giveaway are the Hot Toys Tony Stark MMS and the Mark XLII Diecast. Not too shabby. Good luck!

I Never Thought I’d Want an Uglydoll

And now I want (at least) two.

It’s my wife who has a collection of Uglydolls so large that I fear it like a Swiss mountain climber fears avalanches in late spring. To be fair, I was the one to install the flimsy shelving unit that precariously supports them. But even she had no idea that Uglydoll and DC had entered into a collaboration that will produce Uglydolls plush as DC characters.

First up are Babo as Superman and Ice-Bat as Batman (naturally). Bats will come in two flavors – blue as shown above, and black for those of us who grew up with him in the movies. According to Previews, the first Uglydoll DC plush will arrive at the end of July with a suggested retail price of $160 for the assortment. Urban Collector has the Uglydoll DC plush assortment up for pre-order at $139.19.

NECA is Giving Away a Full Set of Predator Series 9
