San Diego Comic-Con’s Preview Night seems to be just as crowded as a weekend at the Con, but we took time to admire the DC Universe Classics figures on display. The showcase was a diorama of the Hall of Justice, with the heroes on the right and the villains on the left.
In the display area, they had four groups of figures on display:
- DC Universe Classics Wave 14
- DC Universe Classics Wave 15
- The Green Lantern 5-Pack and Kyle Rayner
- All-Star Repaints

Green Lantern 5-Pack
Kyle Rayner is a 2-up, and is rumored to be a headliner in an upcoming Green Lantern Classics line. Kyle features wrists like the Green Arrow figure – I hope that gets retained through production, and that all figures get that point of articulation.
All-Star Repaints
Although this didn’t come out that well in the pictures, Nightwing had a metallic finish for the blue portions of his costume.
We didn’t talk to any Mattel folks, but we’ll have more after their panel on Friday. Enjoy!
