This Hot Toys Wolverine from X-Men 3: The Last Stand is up for grabs in the latest giveaway from Sideshow Collectibles. These sets include four new characters designed by Mel Birnkrant, the original creator of the Outer Space Men. Get them now – these will sell out fast!

I’ve been trying to get myself pumped up about Hasbro’s Marvel Universe exclusive for San Diego Comic-Con. I love Deadpool, so you’d think that six versions of Deadpool in taco truck packaging would be right up my alley. While the packaging truly is glorious, it’s tough to see this as more than a bunch of missed opportunities. Deadpool himself looks to be recycled from one of the figures back from Wolverine Origins, and while they added the floaties (a great touch) you’d think if they were going to add an alternate head, they could have included Headpool / Zombie Deadpool. Lady Deadpool and the Champ are nice representations of the comic book characters, but I really do hate the book – Rob Liefeld artwork – need I say more?
