ThreeA Toys Action Portable Fatty Drown Surprise Drop on Bambaland Now

fattydrown apankouexwave1

The first of the 3A Toys Action Portable Ankou EX figures is up for pre-order on Bambalandstore.com right now. That’s Fatty Drown in all black, and he’s $75. This is somewhat of a surprise, as the details of the sale had not been announced in advance. However, they did say a while back that Fatty and the Civil Offensive 3-pack would be on sale in May – maybe the suddenness of this drop is to partially make good on that, even though most 3A fans are used to the operation running a little loose.

These are cool looking and in my preferred 6-inch scale, but it may take some convincing for me to pick up Fatty and the rest, whenever they go on sale. I know I’m risking missing out on Fatty completely, because this has been touted as a limited sale – no guarantees how long the pre-order window will last.

Star Wars Black Series Wave One Pre-Orders Up at Entertainment Earth and BigBadToyStore

Star Wars Black Series 6-Inch Action Figures Wave 1 CaseWith San Diego Comic-Con right around the corner, Star Wars Black Series is here – well, not quite, but the pre-orders for wave one of the 6-inch Star Wars line from Hasbro are up. You can reserve your set of Star Wars Black Series Series 1 at Entertainment Earth and BigBadToyStore, who’ve both put up their pre-order pages in the past couple days.

Case packouts are even, with one of each figure: Luke Skywalker (Rebel Pilot), Darth Maul (not pictured), R2-D2, and Sandtrooper. Oddly enough, I wonder if that means the trooper will be the hardest to find, if you believe many people will want to army build.

I think I’m all in for this line, so pre-ordering a case makes sense to me, even if it means an agonizing wait if they show up on retail shelves first. Who’s in?

Incoming: Hot Toys Dark Knight Catwoman, Avengers Hulk, G.I. JOE Retaliation Snake Eyes, and More

Hot Toys fell a little behind on its original schedule for some of these figures, but it looks like it’ll be worth the wait. I can’t get over how humongous the Hulk is – I’ve seen quite a few pictures of him prior to this but nothing that drove home his size like this. I’ve got him and Catwoman on my list. How about you?

If you’re still looking to pick any of these up, Catwoman, Snake Eyes, and Barney Ross are available to pre-order at Sideshow, and Hulk is available to pre-order at BigBadToyStore.

Hey Hot Toys fans,

As the Iron Man Mark VII Collectible Figurines are continuing to be shipped out, we would like to share a sneak peek with you today on the products coming next in the near future.

Hot Toys Upcoming Releases

Be expected to see Catwoman from The Dark Knight Rises, Hulk from The Avengers, Mark VII Collectible Bust from Iron Man 3, Barney Ross from The Expendables 2, and Snake Eyes from G.I. Joe Retaliation!

Stay tuned and thanks for your support!

Hot Toys Reveals RoboCop ED-209

Hot Toys Robocop ED-209 1

You can’t have RoboCop without ED-209 – well, you could, but it just wouldn’t be as cool. While ED-209 isn’t DieCast like his nemesis, he does feature improvements over the first release from way back – but like RoboCop he comes with a sound chip. Time to pre-order – you have five seconds to comply.

Hot Toys Reveals DieCast RoboCop Figures

Hot Toys RoboCop 1

It’s going to be a Hot Toys kind of day, and to start us off there’s a few awesome RoboCop reveals. I think we first saw the Hot Toys RoboCop at Ani-Com, but we had no idea back then that Hot Toys would have a new DieCast line. RoboCop becomes the second brand to join DieCast after Iron Man.

Right off the bat, there will be two versions. One will feature RoboCop by his lonesome, while the other will be a deluxe version that includes his docking station. Both versions come with interchangeable mouths for grimacing action, and interchangeable battle damage parts. And to blow your mind further, RoboCop will feature sound chips – come quietly, or there will be… trouble.
