Masters of the Universe Classics Mekaneck, Dragon Blaster Skeletor, and Snake Men on Sale 9/17

The Matty logistics shuffle that rendered August void of MOTUC aside from Sir Laser-Lot, but they’re back with a vengeance for the September sale on 9/17. Meckaneck, Dragon Blaster Skeletor, and the Snake Men 2-pack will put the whammy on those of us with Club Eternia subs.

DC has the Club Infinite Earths Black Mask and one of the last hurrah JLU 3-packs, with Vandal Savage, Bats, and Supes. WWE will have Tully Blanchard joining the Arn Anderson, King Kong Bundy, and Diamond Dallas Page figures that seem to be lingering on the site.

Marvel Minimates Rhino Rampaging Soon at Toys R Us

Ever since Deadpool shrunk Rhino with Pym Particles, I’ve been enamored of having a miniature Rhino of my own, to dangle from my keychain. I used a Heroclix one for my 12-inch Deadpool custom (part of my Marvel Legends Icons Agency X customs), but Heroclix would be too small for me. This Minimates version looks like the solution. Between this and the Marvel Select Rhino, DST is knocking it out of the park with Rhino action figures.

Masters of the Universe Fans, Castle Grayskull Can Finally Be Yours… in Statue Form

In just a few months, you’ll have your chance to achieve what Skeletor never could – Castle Grayskull will be yours! At nearly 10 inches tall, this won’t be a playset for your Masters figures, but on the flip side, this collectible statue will feature the portions of the castle you’ve probably never seen before.

You will be able to pre-order for about $125 from the usual suspects, including Action Figure Xpress, Amazon.com, BBCW Distributors, Big Bad Toy Store, Entertainment Earth, and your local comic book shops.

Kickstart the Transforming Collections Toy Reference Book by BattleGrip.com’s Philip Reed

Faster than I could get a post up about it, in the past couple of days the Transforming Collections Toy Reference Book project on Kickstarter has exceeded its initial funding goal and will come to fruition. But Transformers fans, that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t jump on this bandwagon to produce a book featuring those third party add-ons and accessories that make your Transformers kick ass.

Now that the project has the green light, any additional support will go towards the project’s stretch goals. We’re already closing in on the first stretch goal – at $1,500, the book will increase in size from 7″x7″ to 7.5″x7.5″. Bigger is better!
