Heroclix Jonah Hex Press Pics

It’s nice to see Jonah Hex finally getting his due. Here’s some pics of upcoming Hex Heroclix (that’s got a nice ring to it), expected in August, to accompany the movie. Jonah Hex opens in a couple of weeks, on June 18.

The rumors are true!  Megan Fox Jonah Hex is finally coming to the HeroClix with the DC HeroClix Jonah Hex Battle Pack. The movie themed Battle Pack contains three brand new, figures: Jonah Hex, Lilah, and Turnbull!  The 3 fig Battle Pack is 100% HeroClix compatible and will be available mid-August.  Check your local game or comic store this fall.

BTW – These are actual production pieces (off the line).  I think they are some of the best eyes we’ve done to date.  Let me know what you think.

NECA Predators Teaser Pic

Alright – silhouettes of figures may be frustrating, but I’m looking forward to seeing NECA’s take on Predators. Is it too much to hope for super-articulation? I’m guessing it probably is.

New Predators!

A glimpse at the newest and meanest hunters in the galaxy!

Today we at NECA are thrilled to show the first preview of our first line of figures based on the new Predators movie. We can’t show you the faces of these beauties yet, but you can check out the silhouettes of the Classic Predator, Falconer Predator and Berzerker Predator.

More details coming soon. Predators opens July 9, 2010, and our first series of action figures hits shelves the same month.

Mezco Announces DC Comics Universe Mez-Itz

We had previously asked Mattel if the Attitubes they showed at San Diego Comic-Con last year were coming, because we hadn’t been too jazzed with DC Direct’s Blammoids! offerings thus far.

Looks like the urban vinyl license for DC was still up for grabs, and I’m tremendously psyched by this announcement, in which Mezco will producing Mez-Itz for DC Universe characters. Check out my review of the Mez-Itz Comic Hellboy to see why.
