Funko Reveals Avengers: Infinity War Product Line-Up

With the media embargo for Avengers: Infinity War lifted today, there’s been some accompanying product reveals – I’ve posted about Marvel Legends and LEGO sets for Infinity War already. But the one I have dreaded most is the Funko reveal – they’ve got SO MUCH STUFF!

While they started with Pop! as their solitary designer vinyl line, they’ve added Dorbz, Mystery Minis, and keychains to the mix. And then there’s the plush and clothing. You want to know who’s got the most star power in Infinity War? It’s Iron Man, based on the eleven different iterations (including variants) of him across the various Funko lines. In contrast, Thanos is the runner-up with eight, while Spidey’s got seven.

LEGO Reveals Avengers: Infinity War Sets

The embargo has finally lifted for Avengers: Infinity War, and the official launch date for licensed products is this Saturday, March 3rd. With that, LEGO has shared the details for the seven LEGO Marvel Super Heros sets for the movie that will all be available this weekend!

Product details may reveal some light spoilers. So while I quickly skimmed, I did notice that most of the sets come with specific Infinity Stone elements that you will want to collect, if you want to complete the Infinity Gauntlet in Thanos’ set.

SDCC 2017: Hasbro Marvel Interview with Ryan Ting and Dwight Stall

I caught up with Ryan Ting, Global Brand Manager, and Dwight Stall, Senior Design Manager, from the Hasbro Marvel Brand Team at San Diego Comic-Con yesterday afternoon. We chatted about the Marvel Legends exclusives available at SDCC 2017 (and following the show at HasbroToyShop.com), as well as the incoming Legends waves due this fall and early 2018 (including the Netflix / Man-Thing wave, Thor: Ragnarok, the vintage Marvel Superheroes throwback wave, a whole new Deadpool wave, and the “Riders” assortment).

I also pitched my idea for a Bob, Agent of Hydra, figure with MODOK’s Doomsday chair for the Riders wave. Tell me that’s not a winner!
