Argh! – I Missed the TMNT Classic Rocksteady and Bebop at the Playmates Store #NickTurtles #TMNT

I’ve been waiting for these guys from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Classic Collection ever since their Playmates team let us know that Rocksteady and Bebop were on the verge of hitting toy shelves at Toys R Us. But this was back at the start of September, and there’s been no sign of them whatsoever.

Then, last night, Kastor of Kastor’s Korner posts on Facebook that they’re both up on the Playmates Store site. I didn’t even know Playmates had an online store. And of course, I didn’t see the posts until early this morning, so it’s back to waiting for TRU. DC Universe Classics Ozymandias and Ra’s al Ghul Headline Mattycollector 11/15 Sale

DC Universe Classics has one of its last big months on Mattycollector, with Ozymandias wrapping up the Black Freighter Watchmen subscription and much-wanted Batman villain Ra’s al Ghul revealing his ugly face – although I’m not sure that was intended. On the Masters of the Universe Classics side, fan-vote winner Geldor should please the mini-comics fans.

And the men of Masters now have a companion to SkirtGate – some are unhappy with the shape of the overlays on some of the new male figures, like Sea Hawk – the engineering on them add some unwanted girth to the already exaggerated torsos.

Four Horsemen Share Rough Cut Pics of Gothitropolis Ravens

The production process for the Four Horsemen’s Kickstarter-backed Gothitropolis Ravens project is underway. One of the first steps is for the production factory to “shrink” the 4H’s 2-up sculpts to their final size, via a process called pantographing. They’ve sent the first rough cuts after the pantographing for the 4H to review.

While the parts look great, the Four Horsemen have said that they were reduced in size a little too much. To fix this will likely delay the release date, originally targeted at March next year – but no word yet on how much. I’m sure most fans won’t fret too much – I’d rather get the figures done right versus rushing to get them out the door.

Diamond Select Toys Shares Marvel Select Jane Foster Pics from Thor: The Dark World

If you need a Thor fix (since Hasbro isn’t making Thor Marvel Legends figures), then Diamond Select has you covered. Yesterday we shared some pics of the upcoming Thor Marvel Minimates, and today, we’ve got their Marvel Select figures. Thor was revealed a while back, but DST kept the wraps on the Jane Foster figure because she comes with some accessories that may be a bit spoiler-ish to those who haven’t seen the movie yet.

I’m not going to spoil the movie either, but I do have to ask what you’re waiting for – go see Thor: the Dark World!

ThreeA Toys Surprise Drop – Adventure Kartel Oppenheimer Glow in the Dark Zomb

3A Toys put up a surprise pre-order for another Zomb – this time, it’s glow-in-the-dark. No background for the Oppenheimer Zomb was given with the drop, but I imagine this Zomb got the crap nuked out of him. Not sure if the pre-order will stay open past this evening.
